About Doughbry's
Doughbry's is a family-owned hand pie company from Metro Detroit, opening its first shop in 2027. Its triangle-shaped hand pies are baked, not fried, and inspired by takratha, the Chaldean hand pie. They're made in the company's kitchen in Oak Park, Michigan. The first shop is at Hunter's Square, Orchard Lake Road at 14 Mile, on the line between Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield.
